First and most important thing I would like to say is the eventual addition of a skill hotbar. It's much easier pressing the number keys and gives (every key on the number row except ~ and backspace) players the ability to customize their skills to their liking, than having to move around they keyboard pressing keys.
Basic Skills
Nutritionist: Increase the effectiveness of consumables by 10% per level. Maxes at level 5. For example: If a food provides +10 hp, it will now provide +15 hp with the skill maxed.

Haste: Increase your movement speed by 5% per level. Haste maxes at level 5, for a total of 25% more movement speed.
Warrior Skills
Blind Hit: Change this skill to be an active skill, and change the name to "Blinding Rage". The skill works like it currently does, except that activating the skill will use 5 hp, and lasts 10 seconds with a cooldown of 20 seconds.
Shield bash: Bash the enemy with your shield for 150% of your total damage. Shield bash can be upgraded 5 times, and increases the damage dealt by 30% per level. Maxes at a total of 300% damage. Cooldown of 5 seconds. (This skill can only be used with warrior)
Deflection: While you have a shield equipped, you have a 1% chance to deflect the enemy's attack for 20% of your total damage and take no damage from the enemy attack. Deflection can be upgraded a total of 5 times, and increases the damage dealt by 20% per level, and increases the deflection chance by 1% per level. Cooldown of 45 seconds. (This skill can only be used with warrior)

Slice N' Dice: Slash your swords repeatedly 5 times that deal 45% of your total damage. Slice N' Dice can be upgraded 3 times, and increases by 15% per level, maxing at 90% damage. (This skill only works if holding 2, 1 handed swords.)
Archer Skills
Volley: Shoots a storm of arrows that deals 35% of your total damage for 3 seconds, every second, within a 5 foot range. Volley can be upgraded 3 times, and increases the damage dealt by 15% per level, and increases the range by 5 feet per level. At level 3, Volley also gains a +1 second duration. Cooldown of 30 seconds
Bouncing Shot: Shoot an arrow that deals 75% of your total damage, bounces to 1 other nearby target within 7 feet. Bouncing Shot can be upgraded 3 times, and increases damage dealt by 25% per level, increases targets by 1 per level, and increase feet by 1. Cooldown of 5 seconds

Arrow Expertise: Increases your chance to not consume an arrow by 5% per level. Arrow Expertise maxes at level 5, for a total of 25% to not consume an arrow.
Scavenger: Increase the amount of arrows you recover from enemies by 25% per level. Scavenger can be upgraded 4 times, for a total of 100% chance to recover arrows. (Can recover up to 7 enemies.) (I think the current arrow recovery system should be removed, and a player is at least guaranteed to 2 arrows per enemy to recover.)
Wizard Skills
Magic Shield: Deleted for now, as I still need to work on making this better. The idea is that you create a shield around your character that deals contact damage to enemies, and blocks a percent of incoming damage.
Healing Aura: Creates a 5 foot aura on the ground that heals all players within the aura by 10% of their max health every second for 3 seconds. Healing Aura can be upgraded be upgraded 3 times, and increases the range by 5 feet per level, and increases health restoration by 5% per level. At level 3, Healing Aura also gains a +2 second duration. Cooldown of 60 seconds

Pinpoint Accuracy: Increases your chance to do another critical hit by 5% per level. Pinpoint Accuracy maxed at level 5, for a total of 25% to hit an extra critical hit.

Thanks for the suggestions! I think the deflection and nutritionist skills fit in well and will be fairly easy for me to add. I added them into the huge list of skills I have to implement.
A few of the others you mentioned are pretty similar to ones I have already marked down that I plan to implement.

First I would like to talk about an anti loot system though. People just walking by and looting you seems to start becoming a more common thing, and it will be needed for one of the skills I came up with. Instead of what HH has, a player's loot will be seen just by them for a minute. If they have not picked up their loot after a minute, it will become visible to all other players.

This does currently interfere with the current system, so here is my suggestion. All enemies have a guarantee drop of 2 arrows. After that, it all depends upon the chance that the player has for their Scavenger skill. Since 100% is possible, an enemy can drop up to a max of 10.
Wizard
Mana Siphon: When a player does damage to an enemy, they gain 1% of their max MP. Mana Siphon can be upgraded 5 times, and increases the amount of MP leeched by 1% per level.
Revive: Revives a player for 5% of their max health. Revive can be upgraded 3 times, and increases the amount of HP restored by 5% per level. (A player cannot be revived for 15 minutes after being revived.)
Gunman

Here is a poorly made skill box for the Coin Magnet skill. Eventually, every skill should have some artwork for it, instead of the box with circles. Below it will have the amount of times the skill can be upgraded. The gold marks how many times the skill has been upgraded.
