GUILD BUG: World Dominators Contribution Points Disappearance

This happened yesterday, Saturday night, @PH Time. The contribution of our guild members suddenly disappeared. They didn’t get kicked or what, it just disappeared..and the most intriguing part is that if you try to add them as friend and look at their info, it shows that they don’t have a guild, but if you try to look at the guild member list, they are in it but has no contribution points.

It’s upsetting since we just got the top 1 rank in contribution points this last Friday, as you can see in the screenshot I put.

And these are the screenshots sent by Aishann in our group chat as comparison of contribution points between our guild, WD, and AETERNUM last Friday.

Not urs Only same happened with ae guild we lost some contri and some player got kicked not in guild but shows on guild list they r still in fix it robby

yeah, happened to a few players in RE-bate too

This sounds very odd. Do you have any screenshots of the player that was appearing to not be in a guild? It looks like the majority of your contribution should should be there from what I can see, but perhaps I am missing something.

i believe you are missing something cus it happened to the [AETERNUM] guild, Lowest lost 22m contribution cus it kicked him from the guild but not actually (on guild lists it was saying he was in but on character/friend list it was saying he wasn't)

Same with DarkYonko, he lost a lot of contribution cus of the same thing from World Dominators

Ok thanks for the info, I'm having trouble finding out how this could be possible. So you are saying they remain in the guild list, but when you view them on your friends list, they no longer appear to be in a guild?

yes, and they're contri gets wiped off

Ok, I think I got this fixed now. We will have to wait and see for 100% sure, but I think so. In the meantime, if you could let me know the guild members whose points reset, and need fixed, I can try to restore them for you.

Lowest lost 23m contri and _OreO_ lost 3m contri

Ok, are you able to accept them back into the guild? It looks like both have fully departed at this point, and one of them has joined another guild. So I don't want to remove them from their current guild if that's not what the want. If they rejoin, let me know and I can restore their contribution points.
