Archer Hoard Skill Uses Only 1 MP When Maxed

I think it also uses 1 MP instead of 6 when the skill is at 3/5, but it uses 2 MP when 1/5

Legit. This is my skill build Image and it only costs me 6 mp which is wrong. It should cost 16 mp in total.
