I guess they need a monster that drop s4 not the drop rate increases. If robby increase the drop rate only the whipmaster has a chance of getting lots of s4. FR FR FR

e5, f5, p5 also need monsters, not only bosses. This gives other classes a chance to get these runes, not just to whipmaster.
