Handyman Clamp

Handyman Clamp:
After the normal Clamp Trap is triggered. The Handyman Clamp Trap will appear for about 3s and will loot nearby items one-by-one. This looting mechanism has a 1s interval every time it has looted something.

Upgrades info
when upgraded, loot zone, loot interval and duration will be increased.
upgrading the skill more also makes it so you use more clamp traps every upgrade.

-The handyman clamp will use more traps than usual (not sure, robby decides that)
-Looting will ONLY trigger when the normal clamp trap has been activated
