Floor falling through when killing in nature factory

I'm killing in the nature factory and every time I start killing the floor ends up turning black and then your just floating off the man and have to refresh or close out to get back, its happened twice in the matter of 2 minutes. For some reason all players fall except a mage named Kaiser_ in the game not sure why everyone's falling but him.

How is that possible lol. I remember when I was sitting in area 37 for over 7 hours and water went up a lot.

not sure but literally everyone was falling through the floor but him, definitely had my suspicion raised and then when he got to where he wanted to be he said okay i'm done everyone can grind now.

Update: Now that Kaiser_ left the room it is working fine been killing for 5 minutes and its not messing up, i'm not sure if he bugged the room so only he could kill but, he said there was no issues for him but for everyone else there was, when he left he said i'm done, now yall can grind and left and now its working fine.

Yes it happens when I was in 63 area in second cage there was no floor.

That is super odd. Nothing seems out of the norm when I test that area. Are you able to clear your browser cache, just to be sure there isn't an issue with a game asset or such not loading?

Yes I did everything and it still was happening after the mage left it stopped happening to me when I check it this morning, not sure if it’s still happening, but there was only one person that it wasn’t happening to.
