Level Requirement of New Sets

Robby posted the new looks of the set for each existing classes in the game, and there are already rumours that the level req will be 60-65 but I think that's too close to the highest level req of existing sets right now and players in this game levels up really fast, in your opinion what should be the range of the level requirement for the new sets?

High enough for the strong majority to need to grind for, low enough so that it's not just for the top 20.

the level requirement is determined by a formula using the stats of the item, and its likely the stats for the items are already finalized (for the most part), so yes they will most likely be for level 60-65
