The item bug isn't fix

i notice that if your not doing something and sitting bench the bug wont appear
and if u killing monster or clicking something, the bug will be appear

Robby still today that bug isn't fix yet...
It's annoying we need to refresh the site and relog. Also if you stayed too long in area the loading black screen stock in loading screen...
we need to refresh again to fix it...

Thanks! This is actually a little helpful, as this was something I was wondering about. This bug may still take a bit of investigating, as I'm still unsure if it's something on my end or a part of the Unity game engine used to create the game.

Yo! I'm grinding using my alt at area #24 and I am not experiencing this menu bug where you can't open the tab of Friends, Map, Settings, Eliapedia and Payvault. I tried reloading the game to see if the bug will happen and it just don't. But, on my main account which is grinding in area #46 the bug is always happening every time. Maybe there are particular areas in which the bug only happens?

Not sure if this bug happens in particular areas, but it definitely happens in areas other than Area 46. (Also, I'm pretty sure that this bug also happened to me in Area 24)

Ok thanks for the information folks! So looks like two confirmations that it is NOT happening at all in area #24, but happens in at least area #46 (and probably more areas)?

Robby, I think that this bug only happens to some people. When I play, I get this bug quite often, but my friend plays, and it never happens to him. Maybe certain types of devices or something might be causing this. Maybe some accounts were created, and there was an issue with them and others didn't have the problem.

Robby, i spent so much time and money on your game, and you just ban me like nothing, thr bug caused my inv to bug out and disspear, you cant do this to me.
