Move Loot thief to general skill

Archer already have the coin thief and always have the lowest price in terms of set. Moving loot thief to general skill would be nice.

Set for mage is cheapest this time. Coin thief makes no sense on late monsters, give you 5 coins when you're already picking up 1500 from guardians.

Yes.

Also, regarding Coin Thief, it's pretty wonky. It's about the most OP skill a starting player can have, yet it's completely useless in the endgame where you face off against Feral Beasts, Titanium Droids, and Saw Guardians.
