New Payvault Item: Decoy

Since I'm tired of begging people to help me on certain missions. Add a payvault item: decoy that helps on the gates that need certain number of people to open. If the user bought this it will be stored in their inventory and they will be able to drop this on the place where they are standing. Ofc it this can be used in pvp as a bait because this decoy will look exactly like you but it just stands and does not attack nor take damage.

Oh yeah sure just buy a pvp advantage on the payvault.
