If Global XP was disabled, leveling up would become nigh impossible much more early on. Guilds would also lose their purpose. Global XP sharing is what makes guilds useful as it makes leveling up much faster.

It's not necessary to off sharing, but it's pretty stupid that a player got 80+ with less than 1k kills, maybe a sharing limit for low levels to also keep from getting a level easy for weak alts using sharing.
are you talking about cyro? (the acc)
