Option to disable footsteps

Ok, I'll go ahead and lower the forcefield, rage, and footstep sound effects for next patch. I'll consider a volume slider when I got a little more time for it.

Thank you robby. But I still think it's a necessary addition because even playing on desktop version and manually changing the window volume (in sound settings in windows) I STILL need to turn down my normal volume via keyboard.


I've also had on one occasion recommend a friend Eliatopia and he immediately left because the menu them is way too loud so lower that one too by default
