Defense-Buffing Mob: Quartz Glyptodon

Post by Flashlight237 » Tue Nov 30, 2021 11:28 pm

Okay, so Robby told me that he wanted to try defense-buffing mobs, so here's one I came up with on the fly: the Quartz Glyptodon.

Image

This guy would be the first pink monster (the Shellshocker is purple). AS for his stats, here's what I got.:

Name: Quartz Glyptodon
HP: 1800
Defense: 72 (can buff its defense)
Power: 210
Weight: 8000 lbs/3628.7 kg (scaled up from a real glyptodon)
Eliapedia Entry: The Quartz Glyptodon is a humongous relative of the Armed Dillo. It is capable of defending itself from enemies like the Gal Roach, and its armored shell can protect the Quartz Glyptodon from the explosive shells of an M1 Abrams tank. It seems that the glyptodons of Eliatopia survived and somehow infused with rose quartz crystals in order to survive. Of course part of the process was done by me, but that's besides the point. The Quartz Glyptodon is herbivorous, and like an elephant, it can push trees down in order to get its food. The fecal matter of the Quartz Glyptodon is used for expensive fertilizer, with purer fertilizers found only in small businesses. Eliatopian Karens often use the crystalline parts of Quartz Glyptodons as healing crystals during moronic herbal baths despite the lack of scientific support for it; unsurprisingly, the Karens wind up choking their children to death after shoving these crystals down their gullets. I swear Eliatopians are braindead idiots...

Drop List
Pineapple: $157; 5%; 7.85
Watermelon: $180; 8%; 14.4
Rose Helmet: $2013; 2%; 40.26
Opal Socks: $5415; 1%; 54.15
Dillo Hide: $24586; 0.5%; 122.93
Opal Bow: $25155; 0.2%; 50.31
Opal Helmet: $42254; 0.2%; 84.508
Opal Armor: $42254; 0.2%; 84.508
Opal Legs: $42254; 0.2%; 84.508
Romantic Guardian: $132601; 0.1%; 132.601
Stage 3 Hardening Stone
Stage 4 Hardening Stone

Total Loot Value: 676.205

Mhmm!

Ooo, pretty cool unique looking enemy, I like! He's looks quite different from any enemy in game currently. I'll try and remember this fella' for a future update. :)
