lol bro smash him...but seriously Robby said it already: "the game/server runs off of UTC time. It's basically the time zone for a part of Europe or something like that. Sunset is at 8pm and sunrise if at 7am." So you just need to check current UTC time in google or live in Western Europe or Africa=].

Yes, an im-game/on website clock will be added hopefully soon. Currently the game goes off of "UTC time". If you slap that into Google, so if you slap that into Google, that will tell you the server time.
