Well, here's a Luck Rune:

Personally I'm not too supportive on the idea, mainly because with the current way luck is treated right now (only Archers have it), it would just give archers a greater advantage. Yeah.

Either remove luck skills from archers or make it general. Still luck rune might mess a bit with the economy

Remove loot thief skill from archers and make it general then don't add luck runes.

Acceptable if arrow hoard animation speed revert back to normal.
