Question Mark Indicator Over Interactable Objects

So, it took me thirty minutes just to figure out I had to talk with shelves in order to buy weapons from Brip's Department Store. This was caused by the lack of an indicator telling me that I can interact with clickable objects. To rectify this issue, I'd like to suggest that the cursor change into a question mark over clickable objects (such as shelves, signs, gravestones and NPCs). It's a simple addition that can really make things easier for players who would otherwise have no clue what they're doing. Just saying.

Sounds like a good idea. I've got this implemented so it will be present in the next update.
