My idea for a new pay vault item is a minimap that is familiar from other games.
Such an item would represent the area in small size and red dots as enemies/monsters.
Green dots for allies/guildmembers in PVP, or other players in PVE.
In both PVP and PVE it would certainly be a cool feature to know where other enemies or players are.
About the p2w factor:
I don't think there are so many advantages to calling it p2w. simply a cool feature and another emerald burner
