Here's my suggestion that might you want to add this features
1. Add timer display right next at the boss spawn area.
(Also make the timer freeze if your afk)
2. Make runes drop rate more frequently and add more runes from monsters (ex: f3 on azulong, p5 on cionic)
3. Make a loot list from monsters with exact drop rates
