Much needed PvP Balancing

I'll make posts to this suggestions page as I get them implemented. Here are two for next patch as recommended.

Slightly buffed the drone attack's damage per level from a 6% increase to 9%.
The "Reflection" skill has been nerfed slightly. It's chance of reflecting per level was decreased from 4% to 3%.

also can you buff the moving speed of the drone so it can follow the player and increase the bullet shot speed so the bullets take less than 4 business days to finally miss the person who moved from where the drone shot at over a year ago fr
