Heya. So... Critical hits are always chance shots. To keep their intention, I'm thinking expertise should be limited to 15 (for a 15% chance of landing critical hits). Archers, on the other hand, well, they have an active sniping attack called "Piercing Shot," so I'm thinking that could be applied here. Here's what I'm thinking...
Piercing Shot (Active): This skill increases critical chance by 4% (up to 20% for a total of 35% crit chance) and critical damage by 20% per level (up to 100% for a total crit damage of 500%)
Costs MP?: Yes
That's about as much as I can come up with for the skill itself. Dunno how I'm gonna account for aiming when it comes to active skills. I thought about passive cursor-aiming rather than click-to-aim, but I don't think that's gonna work well on mobile phones.

I have a few skills lined up, particularly archer skills that are very similar to what you mentioned. Heightened critical hit chance based attacks. Hopefully I'll get them added in soon, then we can go from there.
