I lost 400k off my acc when I logged off without putting it in the ATM

I managed to sell 2 p2's, 2 e2's, 2 e1's, and 2 s1's for 400k. I had to log off and when I logged back on to my account, the money was gone. I was wondering if you could help fix this issue Robby.
