Try pressing CONTROL and F5 at the same time in the browser to refresh your cache for the page. If that doesn't work go into the browser settings and clear the cache. And if that doesn't work try playing in an incognito window.

I'm having trouble running the desktop downloaded windows client. Browser version is working fine

Oh, oops ok, I looked at the screenshot too fast. Can you simply try uninstalling and reinstalling it?

I've uninstalled 2 times and reinstalling didn't work. It's currently uninstalled

Make sure you delete the eliatopia folder as well when you uninstall, if you didn't.

@SSky Have you tried what CrazyVanilla said and it still doesn't work? Also, assuming you are on Windows 10, can you go to the press the windows key and search "About Your PC", and go to the menu. Once at the menu, can you let me know what is says next to "System type"?

Yes, I have tried CV's advice prior to making this thread and it doesn't work.

I have Windows 7 and system properties indicate the system type is 32-bit Operating System
