Can't create a New acct

Bruh, it have been more than 2 months and i still can't enter many areas in the game.
When I play on windows download version, i can't enter droids, saw guardians, cortex, etc areas...
But when I play on mobile/phone, I can enter all those area..

The problem is the same while enter those areas with windows version-
"Group Operation failed due to one of it's dependencies failed to load"

I asked other players who play on windows downloaded version, and they also said that they are facing the same problem.
It seems like the windows downloaded version isn't updated. I even reinstalled to make it sure.
