Can't create a New acct

Robby please do fix this problem whenever I try to create an another acct I can't continue the story in the beginning. Even it continues its says couldn't join room please do fix this bug. Thanks

Which platform are you playing on? It seems to be working correctly for me.

It's on mobile even my friend had this problem.I asked him to create me an acct but its the same with mine. He can't continue the story in the beginning. Please do fix this Robby. Thanks

Thanks for the info. I just tested on mobile and it seems to be working correctly for me. Try updating the game through the Google Play Store and be sure you have good connection to the internet.

This bug is happening to me. I can't create a new account, every time I try it seems like it's "ok", the story starts and then I click "continue". After the 2nd part of the story appears, I try to click "continue" again, but this time nothing happens and the "continue" button doesn't work. I then close Eliatopia and reopen it, but when I try to log in to the new account I created, it says "Could not enter room", I have created 4 accounts and nothing has changed. I can't log in. I'm on PC, Windows 10 Pro. Help me Robby pls

It sounds like your game is failing to connect to the server for some reason after creating a character. Do you have a different internet browser you can perhaps test on?
