Typo in the tornado skill, should be changed to 15 seconds from 12 seconds

Typo in the Air Bursts skill, I don't think 110 seconds is accurate considering the tornado only lasts 15 seconds

Ok thanks, I'll get #2 and #3 fixed here shortly. As for the feral beasts in the water. There is actually a small place where they are able to get into the water. There is a somewhat secret spot in that area if you haven't found it yet.
