Global XP Sharing Isnt Working

bought the global xp guild sharing and it wont let me turn it on, shows up grey in shop as to show that I bought it but wont let me turn it on for our guild. It took the emeralds out as well.

What account did you buy it on? I'm not seeing the item on the account "Kreto".

Kreto,Mr_Baldy and I did create a guild.Our guild master was Kreto but the one who bought the Global exp sharing was Mr_Baldy(please look at on his account if he does have the global exp sharing).He surely bought the GES but we can't use it.Does he needs to be the guild master in order to inable it?I/We doesn't surely knows on how it really works...
