Effects of the electric rune

After the ice rune was added, the color was changed to yellow, probably to avoid confusion

What effect are you referring to that is still blue? Do you mean the large lightning bolt for chain damage between enemies?

Ok thanks. I've got this changed to yellow for next update as well as a slight electric animation as well, since the still image of the electric chain can look a little cheesy.

I believe that sometimes the electric can change colors based on the shadows and time of day, maybe that's what they're talking about
