That appears for everyone on friends list + you cannot see any info about the player.

Clicking anywhere within the character menu causes the player to attack.

Also clicking on NPCs that you can talk to you cause you to attack. (This isn't good for classes that use bullets or arrows since it is a waste)

Thanks for the report! The friends menu issue will be fixed today. Also, clicking on NPC's and such will no longer result in attacking.
