Error Loading Main Menu: Chain Operation failed because dependent what is this? Whats happening why i cant log in to the game, is the update is still going on?

Same for me, its on desktop version, i cant believe you do update without releasing fix patch update on other platform

If playing on mobile, a patch was released late yesterday, so try updating through Google Play Store. If desktop, try following CrazyVanilla's advice.
