If you mean deffence-yeah i noticed that if you have barbed set equipped and even maxed, you have less deffence than me wearing pure skullcrusher set.If you mean something else i would be good to explain, not just put picture.

one thing that's why he got that stats even tho he had 1 art because of the gunman sills which is the "Money Power" the more the money he hold the higher the stats rise up.

I guess some people don't read the skills of the class "Gunner"
The Gunner has a passive skill called "Money Power"
With this skill the more money you are holding the more damage you earn but the more defence you decrease.
I also have Coin, Item, and Exp sacrifices.
That is why I reached that kind of damage.
There is no problem with the gun.

Yeah, the barbed set will give you enough defense to let you have a insane amount of money on you for money power but not get rid of all your defense.
