I cannot log in.

i cannot seem to log into my account. it just stays on the "Loading Scene..." Screen.

If you just reload the game a time or two, does it eventually work?

No it does not, ive tried to do that multiple times on many days. but it just does not work

What platform are you playing on? Mobile, web, or desktop?

i got the same problem, it stuck on loading scene.
it's on web version, playing on google chrome. On mobile it's fine.

Ok, try playing in an "incognito window" and let me know if that works for you.
