Cant login in the Desktop version

Cant login for some reason, it always says "Item stats cannot be loaded" or something like that.

You can link an image to show us. If you have a vpn on turn it off and make sure you have a solid internet connection.

You say this is happening on the desktop version. I'm curious, is this also happening on the web version?
