Area 59 wall is broken

on the wall of area 59 where the ladder to the other side is next to the fence i got pushed into the wall and phased through it, it has happened multiple times

when youre facing the bridge entrance maybe it it called downside or right side there a little way there and a player can slip through it theres a little path there
