New account glitch

heyo, so my friend MageKing/Zuji made a fourm about how they lost their progress and So on when they made their account, so i decided to try it out, anyway i made an account if u want to know: god, anyway, i grinded to about level 2 and then i went into the quiet cabbin in near the start of the map and i went in and a screen said "please refresh and try again" so i did what it said and when i got back on it was lvl 1, had 1 stat instead of 4 Archery had no bow, no money nothing. Also It is impossible to kill monsters with 1 archery, power, etc. here it is.







Also I hope its not much to ask, If you could fix this alt, to have 4 archery or howmuch it originaly had that would be wonderful, i really like the name

That screen is what happened to me except when I was going to an area. I was showing a new person to go to the store. So I told him to follow me and went to the area where the village is. Then I went back because he didn't come through. Then it gave me that exact screen.

Same thing as him, I really like my name and want to have the stats reset to whatever the magic if at at the start(I think 4 or 5) because I can not kill anything either.

Sorry for the delay, I was away last week. It looks like your account is level 15 now, I assume everything is ok now?

In other news, in the next patch I will have a fail-safe added in place for when this happens that should hopefully ensure that your data is still saved. As for the why the disconnection happened in the first place, I will still have to look into and collect more data.

Sorry if im being a little pushy but i dont know if you saw, but you probably did with the pictures at the top of the screen, could you Fix my alt?, its name is: god basicly the problem as i mentioned eariler you cant kill monsters because you dont have enough archery/ power. Thanks for your time and i hope you had fun on your break.

idk what you did but it appears there is still 1 archery i apologize if i am annoying, but i dont believe you gave the account 4 archery because without it you cant even kill a monster anyway thanks for your time!
