So after visiting Marty`s Cabin for the first time, the game suddenly crashed and i lost everything.
level went back to 1 and everything i had went missing.

Hmm, well this is a bit of a problem isn't it? I'll definitely be trying to patch this today, but I need some more info to help me know what may have went wrong. I'll try and restore your things too, after I patch this first. If you could PM me details of your account I will help try and restore it.

To help me fix here are some questions:

1. Did the game disconnect you? Meaning you received the "you have been disconnected" screen?
2. Did you just log on and this happened, or were you playing for a bit? Did you change areas a time or two before this happened?
3. Was this your first time playing? Meaning, had you logged out previously, or did you just create your character this play-through?

So 1. Yeah, it did. It told me to reload the website or something like that.
2. No, i was playing for a bit. This happened when i went into martys cabin.
3. Yeah i created the character and kept on playing until this happened.

Ok thanks for the info, I'll try my best to look into this. For now, try and check your account now, I tried to restore some things.
