Fix emerald machine getting overpriced also runes and items

Banned NebulaMaster do ip his spreading disgusting thing in eliatopia also in forum and do something about missing emeralds after you buy on vends still not appearing. It's ok how many will back but is more ok if it is 140 emerald my friend give me item so I won't cry for missing emeralds of mine.
