does anyone know thats its better to email robby.....he has a higher chance of seeing that than this

Maybe hacker remove emerald on vending machine after i buy that's why is missing to me but i really buy emerald there 147 pieces and after some error and i re-log is 7 pieces i have am panicking fr what should i do i waste money. i need emerald for future use.
