Ban newbie and the_walking_dead

A lot of people wanted to ban this "suspicious hacker" called newbie and his alt the_walking_dead. His only attention is to kicking someone out of the guild. Not the typical kicking thing but he is able to kick certain people without being a leader, chief or lieutenant. He is also able to kick player that aren't of his guild too. Many people experience the unexpected kicked without a reason and result of that, thier contribution is gone. Their names still in guild however if you click the player stats, it will not show a guild name below.

Also rumored that he had unlimited emeralds and coins and unkillable in pvp but i dont think so....

Imo its a guild bug. But really a lot of people wanted to ban this guy fr.
