After tropical drone drops

this bug happened only to me(visible only to me). I'm on Chromebook playing on a website. my wifi probably was probably slow at the time but I was still able to walk and talk to friends.
again this drone was not scheduled nor was it supposed to be there. It did not drop anything I see.
