Bug entering area on mobile

Whenever i talk to cledge to go to the next area# 60 where the beetles are I bug out my screen turns black and if I try going back in the game it stays on “loading cut scene” the only way I got out the area was using a laptop please fix.

If you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, does this fix the issue? Also, are you playing on Android or IOS?

I already uninstalled and reinstalled I have an iphone 12, the screen stays on loading cutscene for me when entering the beetle area

Im on ios and it seems like ios has lots of issue. Iphone 11 btw
