Skills reset after reconnect

Good day.
I encountered such a problem, I bought 200 gems for $10, and bought a stat reset and a skill reset to change my class.
Now I reset everything and the game was stuck in a black hole, I re-entered and went back into the game.
the stats remained the same for the mage, but all the skills returned to the old archer class, and I switched to the mage.
The question is, is there an option to reset everything because I’m not ready to spend gems again or return my 50 gems to me please
