I can't continue the story

Robbie, I am sorry for my mistake and I hope you see this.
So I've somehow manage to get through to the Ancient Town first before I get to Consciousness Research Facility and I can't get past Ancient Town because of that. I get to Ancient Town by somehow glitching through the gate and because its months ago so I don't exactly how I cannot get past the Ancient Town. I am sorry because I did this on purpose out of my curiosity and I know fixing this probably is not easy.
