An Error ouccured while i was play.

This occurs and game stop working, it occurs more often over time.

Clear cookies and/or cache, or download the desktop version.

Yes, try clear cache as cinos said. If that doesn't work, let me know if you have more info on what may trigger the bug, as it's unfortunately not a lot of information to go off of.
