Hello, I also sent an email regarding his account's issue but it seems like it's being covered by other player's messages.
Anyway, I will attach his most recent screenshot of his inventory before he lost them.

Here's the list of what he lost: (He already spent more than half of his coins according to him that's why I only listed 167m for it is the only visible amount in his record in the leaderboards)
