Fire rate inconsistency with guns

Sometimes i would be in a certain spot in an area and the fire rate is really slow, but the moment i move to another spot in the same area the game instantly becomes faster. This of course happens even when i'm alone in the area.
Changing quality doesn't do anything, so it's probably because there were too many particles in the frame, maybe after an hour of grinding where there are lots of items and money and monster bits scattered on the ground. plsjustfixlol

Is the whole entire game slowing down, or just the shoot rate?

The speed change of the game is very slight, however what's noticeable is the fire rate slowing down to almost half it's speed. Sorry for mentioning the game becoming "much" faster, that isn't exactly accurate. I'll try to demonstrate what i mean after downloading a screen recorder.

I'm fairly certain it is from the lightning that is causing the game to lag. I've noticed that the game drops in frames when going near the torches, unless you turn the settings to a lower setting. Tested it with a paintball gun, and I noticed that the paintball gun was shooting slower, unless I put the game on the lowest setting. Put the game on the highest setting and walked to an area without the torches, and the paintball gun was shooting fine.


Note: The fps lag only seems to be happening on very high. I've also noticed this happening near water.

I had the quality on low, also it is worth mentioning that this does happen even when there is no one else in the area.

This is still happening and it's extremely annoying. The fire rate of certain weapons can decrease to almost half the normal fire rate. I used a timer in this video, so hopefully the issue is a bit clearer.

yeah thats the point. the game is lagging for him

I mean this isn't cs go, i shouldn't need a strong computer to play a browser game in the pre-alpha phase of development.
