Drop bugs and Items missing

Now this is SUCKS I try to drop my last drill pistol max inside the burger shop it drops nothing like WTF!, I just lost 70M/2Max drill guns, I spend dollar for this poop but the game bugs lost it friggin' game. the gamemaster don't even care what's wrong?
