My 35m holding was gone

Good Day Sir , i was hoping to put or give it back my 35m that gone that i was farming at area 99 then i got Disconnect so i'll open it again and then my money gone like i knew that there's something wrong so i went to alion check my bank money and then i was right that my 35m was gone and this is not mt first time it did so many times so sir hopefully u have another solution and i may dont have enough proof to tell u the truth but my words is enough to tell the truth.
