Missing Special Skill Points

I was farming Lumbercore for 2 hours when the game crashed and kicked everybody (or maybe some) on Aug-8-2022, I lost all game data, items, loot, experience when I relogged in.

I didn't really complain as I don't have much to lose at that time. But then when I noticed my skills, a number of skill points I used was gone. The skills was reset, but the points were not returned. Meaning I lost some points.

Can anybody help me about this?

If I am not mistaken 1 level is 2 skill points. I am level 43, thus I am expecting 86 special skill points assigned. But I only have 80 in total assigned to my skills.

How or where can I report this to have my character stats both attributes and special skill points checked?
