This is the area right before Teplar Village. If you walk on the fence, you can skip over the area that causes you to teleport.
There's some sound in the opening theme that hurts your ears. (probably not noticeable for people without headphones, but r.i.p headphone users

Ok thanks, this will be fixed in the next small patch.
As for the sounds you mentioned, I don't believe I ever had these happen. When exactly do the sounds occur? What browser are you playing on?

I don't think they are noticeable without headphones, but you will hear the sound like 4-5 seconds into the music. I've heard it on Chrome and Firefox, so I'd assume this is true across all browsers.
