Global Exp Sharing Bug and PV Bug

Good day Robby, my acct Kashy is having a bug, all of my pvs are lost including the global exp sharing. You see I recently made a guild and its just showing in the list that it has global exp but, we can't use it. Our guild's name is Black Code 0th". I sincerely hope you will help us fix this problem.
